Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work where listening came first.
• Patient explaining unfamiliar details clearly to non-experts.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• A computer, a phone, and reliable internet.
• Legally able to work in the United States (18+).

Responsibilities

• Return calls from people who have already asked about life insurance.
• Listen first: learn household goals and concerns before presenting options.
• Explain options in plain language and complete the application with the client.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM to ensure follow-up.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
• Continue learning products, carriers, and state rules through training.
