Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Producer to join our client-focused team. This role focuses on meaningful conversations about protecting families and planning for the future, driving growth with new prospects and existing clients.

You will deliver needs-based solutions, build a long-term book of business, and work with the agency team to provide peace of mind and financial security for clients.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license preferred; willingness and ability to obtain quickly required
• Proven sales experience (life insurance preferred; strong consultative or relationship-based sales background also considered)
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with the agency team
• Genuine interest in helping clients protect their families and achieve financial security
• Goal-oriented with a professional and ethical approach

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new life insurance business through networking, referrals, events, and outbound activity
• Conduct thorough needs analyses and fact-finding meetings to understand clients' protection and financial goals
• Recommend and present tailored Farmers life insurance solutions (term, permanent, and related products)
• Cross-sell life insurance opportunities to our existing personal and commercial lines clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate referrals and future business
• Prepare professional proposals, handle the sales process from quote to issue, and follow all compliance requirements
• Track activity and manage a consistent sales pipeline
