Responsibilities

• Return calls from people who inquired about life insurance.
• Listen first to households’ goals and concerns.
• Explain options clearly and complete the application with the client.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM to ensure follow-up.
• Check in with clients while carriers review applications.
• Engage in ongoing product, carrier, and state training.
