The Vigil Agency is seeking motivated sales professionals for a remote, commission-based life insurance role within Symmetry Financial Group LLC family. You will engage with individuals who requested information, guide them to coverage, and manage related paperwork through our lead system.

No prior experience in sales or insurance is required, and you can pursue a license with our help. Expect mentorship, strong tech support, and robust uncapped earning potential across part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with our help).
• Strong work ethic and high character.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and teammates.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who have requested life insurance information via our lead system (no cold calling).
• Manage sales administrative tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and maintaining client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
