Job summary

Symmetry Financial Group, via The Tracy Young Agency, is seeking motivated individuals to start a life insurance career. You will consult with clients to tailor coverage, meet virtually using our lead system, and handle policy documentation and client records. Training is provided; you can work remotely with mentorship and strong support.

No prior experience required. Earn commissions as a 1099 contractor, with part-time and full-time options and uncapped earning potential in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain a life insurance license with company support.
• Coachable, strong work ethic and integrity are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and professional conduct.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful in managing leads and client data.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who have requested life insurance information via our lead system.
• Manage sales administrative tasks: documentation, policy processing, and client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
