Symmetry Financial Group is seeking driven individuals to learn, build, and inspire while helping families protect their loved ones. You’ll work with a proven lead system and receive guided mentorship, with the potential for flexible hours and remote work across the U.S.

No prior experience in sales or insurance is required, and you’ll have support to obtain a life insurance license. This role emphasizes building relationships, using CRM tools, and contributing to a growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in sales or insurance is required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with our help).

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who requested life insurance information via our lead system.
• Manage sales documentation, policy processing, and maintain client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
