The Long Agency, operating within Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Agent to help families find suitable life coverage. This role offers virtual work with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, backed by mentorship, technology, and a proven lead system.

Candidates should be coachable, possess strong integrity, and be 18+ with work authorization in the U.S. Training and license support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective and current clients to assess life insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Meet virtually with individuals who requested information through a lead system with no cold calling.
• Guide clients through the application and policy process.
• Manage administrative tasks including documentation, policy processing, and client records.
• Participate in team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in person).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, mentors, team members, and carrier partners.
