Symmetry Financial Group is expanding its life insurance sales team and seeking driven individuals to learn, build, and inspire others while helping families protect loved ones. You will consult with clients to assess needs and secure coverage, meeting virtually through our lead system.

Comprehensive training, mentorship, and flexible, remote work options are offered. Ideal candidates hold a life insurance license with NPN, demonstrate a strong coachable work ethic, and can build relationships

Qualifications

• Currently licensed for life insurance with an NPN on file.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong work ethic with coachability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine life insurance needs.
• Virtually meet with clients via lead system (no cold calling).
• Manage documentation, policy processing, and client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
