Qualifications

• State life insurance license required or plan to obtain licensed before first sale.
• Strong communication skills to explain options clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Call or video-chat with people who requested life insurance information.
• Learn each household's situation and priorities before showing options.
• Explain coverage choices in plain language and complete the application with the client.
• Follow applications through underwriting and keep families updated until a decision.
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM as they happen.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, carriers, and state rules.
