Job summary

National Life Group is seeking dynamic sales professionals to foster and enhance relationships with distribution partners. The ideal candidate will actively consult with agencies, developing strategies to increase sales of life and annuity products.

The position requires a bilingual individual with at least 3 years of experience in the industry. Candidates will benefit from a customizable compensation package, primarily based on commissions, with eligibility for additional medical and financial benefits.

Qualifications

• History of year-over-year growth with strategic partners in sales.
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with agents and agencies.
• Develop business plans to acquire and strengthen distribution relationships.
• Conduct training on products and business development services.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Exceptional relationship management skills

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Strong organization and self-management skills

Education

3 years of industry experience in life and/or annuity product distribution

Preferred industry designations include CLU®, ChFC®, and CFP®
