National Life Group is seeking a dynamic External Wholesaler, Life and Annuity Distribution for the West Coast, Spanish-speaking market. The role is remote in the USA and targets growth with distribution partners to drive life and annuity sales while maintaining strong customer service and profitability.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with 3+ years in distribution, preferred 5+ years, and industry designations (CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®).

Formación

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with partners.
• An entrepreneur with a track record of year-over-year growth with strategic partners in life/annuity products.
• 3+ years industry experience in life and/or annuity product distribution; 5+ years preferred.
• Designations CLU®, ChFC®, CFP® are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build new and grow existing relationships with agents and agencies to increase life and annuity sales revenue.
• Advise agencies with value-added strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve growth goals.
• Develop business plans in targeted markets to acquire and strengthen distribution relationships.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners to enhance customer service.
• Support agents with product selection, case design, and illustration fulfillment.
• Conduct product/process training in person and virtual.
• Onboard new relationships to grow business.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to create innovative solutions.
