You will negotiate with lienholders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure files are accurate for disbursement, collaborating with case managers and attorneys to meet settlement timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven personal injury lien negotiation experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the lien resolution process across active personal injury cases.
• Identify, document, and track liens throughout the case lifecycle.
• Negotiate lien reductions with hospitals, providers, insurers, and lienholders.
• Review and validate lien statements and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with case managers and attorneys to align liens with settlements.
