Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for processing liens and documents.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing medical bills and settlements.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and quotas.
• Able to work independently and with a team as required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate post-settlement liens including health insurance and hospital liens.
• Finalize cases and maximize client recovery with efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and providers.
• Prepare reduction letters and obtain final medical balances at settlement.
• Organize and itemize client medical bills; communicate with Medi-Cal and Medicare.
