Job summary

Nourish, a leading AI-native metabolic health clinic, is seeking a Director of Provider Activation in NYC. You will own the onboarding funnel end-to-end, scale the provider onboarding team, and partner across product, recruiting, and credentialing to deliver a best-in-class provider experience.

You’ll drive headcount planning, ROI models, and a 0→1 onboarding motion for medical and therapy providers as Nourish expands beyond dietitians into a full virtual clinic. In-person 3-4 days in Gramercy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a marketplace, provider network, or high-growth startup environment.
• Experience owning a critical funnel metric end-to-end and improving it.
• Led teams before and able to drive high performance and accountability.
• Strong instincts for systems and automation, including AI-powered improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own provider activation across every provider type and drive the org strategy.
• Build and develop the onboarding team and set performance expectations.
• Design the operating model and use CRM, sequencing, and LMS tooling to automate touchpoints.
• Stand up onboarding for new provider types including medical and therapy motions.
• Own headcount, ROI modeling, and investment plans for activation improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, recruiting, and provider strategy for a cohesive experience.
