Job summary

Synapticure is hiring a Manager, Licensing & Credentialing to lead licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment. You will own complex workflows and supervise the L&C team to ensure providers stay licensed and enrolled as we expand across states and payer relationships.

This remote-first role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and regulatory compliance with CAQH/PECOS, while delivering auditable enrollment timelines that keep patient care uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment experience.
• 2-3+ years of team leadership in licensing/credentialing.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare payers, regulatory models, and telehealth.
• Familiar with compact licensure: IMLC, PSYPACT, NLC, APRN Compact.
• Experience with CAQH/PECOS and credentialing tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider onboarding and offboarding including license pathway determinations.
• Oversee licensing applications, renewals, and CAQH/Availity processes.
• Manage collaboration agreements, supervision contracts, and credentialing committee logistics.
• Lead L&C team: workload, feedback, development, SOPs.
• Drive process improvements, tracking metrics, and regulatory compliance.
