Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in provider credentialing.
• Hands-on provider licensing experience (initial apps, renewals, verifications).
• Familiarity with CAQH attestations/rosters and payer portals.
• Knowledge of state licensing boards and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing and recredentialing activities with documentation collection and tracking.
• Process initial license applications and renewals across state boards.
• Maintain CAQH attestations and provider data across portals and systems.
• Track license expirations and deadlines to avoid delays.
• Support onboarding of new providers and enrollment submissions.
