Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Licensing & Contract Administrator to support a DoD program from a remote location in Florida. The role focuses on managing enterprise software licenses, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, and coordinating with legal, procurement, and technical teams.

This full-time position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus expertise in software licensing, SaaS procurement, and contract interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS licensing processes.
• Experience with DoD procurement regulations and IP policies.
• Experience managing enterprise software licenses and renewals.
• Vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements.
• DoD licensing agreements and SaaS procurement experience.
• Contract negotiation support.
• License tracking and contract interpretation.
• Cost optimization for software/hardware procurements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise software licenses and licensing agreements.

• Submit Software Licensing & Compliance Report with timelines.
