Job summary

Headspace is seeking a part-time, independently licensed DC therapist to deliver direct teletherapy to US-based members on a 1099 contract basis. Candidates should have 10+ hours per week available with flexibility; scheduling may vary due to demand.

Qualifications

Independent clinical license to practice in good standing (Master or Doctoral level)
Licensed to practice in DC or eligible by state
Able to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexibility
Evening/weekend availability is a plus
Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT/DBT/ACT/Mindfulness) and measurement-based care

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality tele-therapy to Headspace patients via HIPAA-compliant video platform
Complete and sign clinical notes within 48 hours of each session
Maintain license verification and expiration records
Keep availability calendar up to date
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists and external providers
