Job summary

Headspace is seeking a remote licensed therapist to provide part-time teletherapy as an independent contractor (1099). You will join a multidisciplinary team and deliver care through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, using Headspace’s clinical tools and mindfulness content.

You must maintain active licensure, BC-TMH credentials if required, and 10+ hours per week of bookable slots across the 50 states. Sessions last 60 minutes for intake and 45 minutes for follow-ups, with note-taking included

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy independently.
• Residence in the 50 US States.
• 3+ years of professional psychotherapy experience.
• At least 10 hours per week of bookable slots.

Responsibilities

• Teletherapy delivery via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete, sign, and lock EMR notes within 48 hours of session.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support member outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date availability calendar and provider profile.
• Use evidence-based frameworks (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness) and track outcomes.
