Job summary

Headspace is seeking part-time, independently licensed therapists to provide direct, virtual care as contractors on a 1099 basis. The role requires 10+ hours weekly with flexible scheduling, though consistency may take weeks.

Pay ranges from 69 to 74 USD per teletherapy session (60 minutes intake, 45 minutes follow-up). Sessions require notes in EMR, and all work must be performed within the U.S. remote framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience with individuals, couples or families.
• Independent clinical license in good standing (Master or Doctoral level).
• BC-TMH credential, if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality tele-therapy to Headspace patients via a HIPAA compliant platform.
• Complete and lock clinical notes in EMR within 48 hours of each session.
• Maintain licensure records, updates, and expiration dates in your database.
• Keep your availability calendar up to date for scheduling.
• Collaborate with health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists and external providers.
