Job summary

Headspace is seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team on a 1099 contract basis.

Candidates should have 10+ hours per week available, with flexible scheduling; sessions are 60 minutes for intake and 45 minutes for follow-ups, billed per session in the US. All work must be completed within the US, and HIPAA-compliant teletherapy is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience with individuals, couples or families.
• Independent clinical license to practice in good standing (no supervision), Master or Doctoral level as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tele-therapy to Headspace patients via HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete and lock clinical case notes within 48 hours of each session in EMR.
• Maintain your licensure documents and expiration dates in your database.
• Keep availability calendar up to date and coordinate with care team.
• Collaborate with health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists and external providers.
