Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our telehealth team and provide outpatient services remotely.

This W2, remote role offers Mon-Fri, no weekends, with 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT shifts. Base salary is $69k–$76k, with total earnings up to $100k including bonuses. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, liability insurance, and a yearly growth/education stipend.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Home-based private workspace with HIPAA privacy.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services via telehealth program.
• Deliver therapy within Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT shifts.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve goals and maintain privacy/compliance.
