Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to join our telehealth team and provide outpatient services from remote locations.

We offer a 100% remote work model, competitive base salary of $60k–$63k with an incentivized bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with shift options in ET.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure are required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with a private home office and HIPAA safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
