Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient telehealth services from home, delivering compassionate mental health care across the United States.

The role offers a base salary of $60k–$63k with an incentivized bonus program, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, liability coverage, and an annual education stipend. Bilingual Spanish speakers receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Home workspace privacy for HIPAA and patient safety.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
