Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient services through a telehealth program. This role is fully remote from home, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

Base salary ranges from $60k to $63k, with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and health coverage. Applicants must hold a Master's degree, licensure, and unrestricted US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree and licensure are required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on assessments.
