Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in social work or counselling and be licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counsellor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling and of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses plans as needed.
• May provide initial patient assessment if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and interprets performance data.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified; participates in consultations and maintains confidentiality and ethics.
