Open Mind Health, a 100% remote telehealth provider, seeks licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD/PhD) to support trauma, grief, PTSD. Must hold active CA licensure, provide trauma-informed care, and commit to a minimum 20 hours weekly as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Experience providing trauma-informed care and/or treating trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, or related concerns.

Aufgaben

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to California clients.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-guided approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies) and other modalities.
• Help clients develop coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care and complete clinical documentation.
