Job summary

Mood Health is hiring independently licensed therapists to provide remote psychotherapy to clients across California. This role offers the flexibility of telehealth with W2 employment and pay-per-encounter compensation.

We handle client acquisition, billing, scheduling, technology, and operational needs so clinicians can focus on patient care. We seek clinicians with active CA licensure, telehealth experience, and a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing.
• California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) or ability to pursue.
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults.
• Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Proficient with electronic health records and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults via secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with Lead Psychologist.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams when additional support is needed.
