Job summary

Mood Health is a remote therapy practice hiring independently licensed therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy to California clients. This W2, pay-per-encounter role focuses on building a robust caseload with support handling client acquisition, billing, scheduling, and tech needs.

Ideal candidates hold a California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) with 2+ years of adult experience, and are comfortable delivering online therapy using EHR and video platforms.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California clinical license in good standing.
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults.
• Telehealth psychotherapy experience preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Document clinical notes timely and accurately.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with Lead Psychologist.
