Job summary

Mood Health is a collaborative mental health group practice providing remote psychotherapy to clients across California. Clinicians enjoy the flexibility of remote work with infrastructure, clinical support and steady client demand.

You provide therapy while Mood Health handles client acquisition, billing, scheduling, technology, and operational needs so you can focus on delivering high-quality care and building a sustainable caseload.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CA clinical license in good standing.
• CA LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or willingness to pursue CA licensure.
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults.
• Comfortable providing psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Familiarity with EHRs and video-conferencing tools.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults via secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with Lead Psychologist.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams as needed.
