Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in New Jersey to provide telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends. You will work with diverse clients, including couples and children, aiming for measurable progress and quality care.

You’ll be part of a clinician-led organization with administrative support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing handled for you. Flexible scheduling helps build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours per week.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in measurable progress and outcomes.
• Confident using telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions in evenings and on weekends in New Jersey.
• Deliver evidence-based care and monitor client progress.
• Utilize EHR for documentation and scheduling with reliability.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to support clients.
