Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in New Jersey to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care in the evenings and on weekends. You must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD) and live in New Jersey, with capacity to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week and about 15 hours of availability.

We handle credentialing, billing and marketing support, plus orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable working with telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients in New Jersey.
• Maintain a full caseload with required session volume.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to deliver measurable progress.
