Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in New Jersey during evenings and on weekends. Qualified candidates must be independently licensed in NJ (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and able to offer at least 15 hours weekly across seven days.

We handle credentialing, billing and marketing, with paid orientation and training. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days and enjoy flexible scheduling, bi-weekly pay, and a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for at least 15 hours weekly across evenings/weekends.
• Behavioral health generalist open to diverse clients including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in New Jersey.
• Maintain a full caseload within ~90 days of credentialing.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document care and progress.
