Job summary

Thriveworks, a clinician-led mental health care company, seeks licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in New Jersey. You must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and able to commit to a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling you to focus on care. Thriveworks offers paid orientation, training, bi-weekly pay, and growth opportunities, including potential paid clinical supervisor roles in select states.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth.
• Manage a full caseload with ongoing client progress.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools for documentation and scheduling.
