Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking licensed surveyors to join a nationwide network delivering ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. This remote role supports projects across multiple counties, requiring accuracy, responsiveness, and client-focused service.

Experience with fieldwork, boundary research, and title review is essential. Qualified candidates hold PLS/RPLS licensure and demonstrate proficiency with surveying software, with multi-state licensure a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed surveyor with ALTA/NSPS experience.
• Strong knowledge of boundary law and title review.
• Experience preparing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with surveying and drafting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys per standards.
• Conduct fieldwork, boundary research, and survey analysis.
• Review title commitments, easements, and documents.
• Prepare plats and deliverables meeting requirements.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Meet turnaround times while maintaining quality.
