Job summary

Brave Health is seeking a full-time Associate Therapist to provide outpatient services through our telehealth program, delivering care from the comfort of home in the United States. The role offers a 100% remote work arrangement, Monday–Friday scheduling (10a-7p or 11a-8p ET), competitive base pay of $60k–$63k plus eligible bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and education stipends.

English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure in a relevant field.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Private home workspace with HIPAA privacy.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.
• Meets background and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy via telehealth.
• Work remotely from home on a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with patients to achieve goals.
