Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to join our telehealth-enabled outpatient care team. You will deliver therapy services remotely, helping expand access to compassionate mental health care for diverse populations across the lifespan.

Qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and health plans. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, base salary of $60k–$63k plus an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Privacy-focused home workspace compliant with HIPAA.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth to diverse populations.
• Work remotely from home with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor treatment goals.
• Utilize assessments and treatment planning tools as part of care.
