Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Senior Clinical, Physical Therapist Recruiter. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing and placing licensed physical therapists, PTAs, and clinic directors.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with operational leaders to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate has stellar sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS CRM tools, and a track record in healthcare recruitment, with a quarterly incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience with healthcare focus.
• Proven success recruiting licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for physical therapy roles, from sourcing to offers.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract clinical talent.
• Build pipelines via job boards, social media, and partnerships with schools.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors and Ops teams to plan hiring.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and progress updates.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience with clear communication.
