Job summary

Mindset-Mental-Support is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join as a clinical supervisor for a team of social workers. This fully remote role focuses on clinical oversight, guidance, and case consultation while maintaining high standards of care across New York State.

You will supervise licensed clinicians, review cases, and ensure compliance with state policies. Strong communication, mentorship, and ethical practice are essential in supporting high-quality mental health care

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
• Active New York State Psychologist license.
• Experience supervising mental health clinicians is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive care.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinicians, including case review and treatment planning support.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions and document supervisory activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure adherence to clinical policies and state regulations.
• Co-sign on all treatment notes as clinical supervisor.
