Job summary

Mood Health, a collaborative group practice, offers fully remote roles and a supportive work environment for therapists and psychiatrists. We supervise associate clinicians, maintain clinical oversight, and manage a limited caseload to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings.
• Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ~6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week.
• Conduct ~3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week.
• Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed.
• Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards.
• Collaborate with our clinical leadership team as needed.
