Job summary

Mindset-Mental-Support is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join as a clinical supervisor for a team of social workers. This fully remote role focuses on clinical oversight, guidance, and case consultation while maintaining high standards of care across New York State.

You will supervise licensed clinicians, review cases, and ensure compliance with state policies. Strong communication, mentorship, and ethical practice are essential in supporting high-quality mental health care

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
• Active New York State Psychologist license.
• Experience supervising mental health clinicians is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive care.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.

• Conduct regular supervision sessions and document supervisory activities in accordance with state and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate with practice leadership to ensure adherence to clinical policies, quality standards, and state regulations.

• Co-sign on all treatment notes as clinical supervisor.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
