Mood Health is a remote-friendly group practice seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to supervise associate clinicians, provide clinical oversight, and maintain a limited caseload. The role emphasizes supporting pre‑licensed therapists and ensuring high-quality care.

The position offers comprehensive support and resources, with ongoing mentorship and leadership collaboration to advance equity in mental health care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Minimum of 2 years post‑licensure experience in therapy settings.
• Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ~6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week.
• Conduct ~3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week.
• Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed.
• Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards.
• Collaborate with our clinical leadership team as needed.
