Urban Health Plan seeks a Clinical Psychologist Supervisor to oversee a team of therapists in our Behavioral Health Department. The role includes weekly supervision, maintaining a modest patient panel, and ensuring documentation and care planning meet OMH standards.

The position requires a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), valid NYS license, and prior supervisory experience in outpatient settings. Bronx/NYC area-based, full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a doctoral program (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Valid NYS license or eligibility to practice psychology.
• Experience supervising clinicians in outpatient or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outpatient behavioral health providers weekly.
• Provide clinical training and review treatment plans.
• Conduct psychotherapy individually and in groups as needed.
• Consult with medical providers and social workers.
