The successful candidate will hold an active Texas LPC license, have at least 2 years of experience, and be proficient with EMR systems, supporting a collaborative outpatient team in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or related field.
• Active LPC license in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of professional counseling experience.
• Strong understanding of ethics and legal standards in mental health.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and tailor counseling.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, direct care staff, and family about progress.
• Prepare tentative schedules for appointments, home visits and observations.
• Coordinate home visits, chart reviews and data analyses to ensure comprehensive care.
• Implement and monitor program plans with fidelity to therapeutic approaches.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share updates on client progress.
• Write monthly and quarterly progress notes detailing achievements and next steps.
• Assist in training staff and ensuring documentation requirements are met.
• Maintain thorough, confidential records accessible to stakeholders.
