The role requires an active California LPC license and at least three years of outpatient experience. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 plus comprehensive benefits and professional development

Formación

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted California LPC licensure.
• Minimum of three years of clinical outpatient experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, RMS, Outlook and PIMSY for documentation.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse caseload and maintain professional ethics and boundaries.
• Regularly meet with clients to review progress and plan appointments.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough treatment notes and documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to discuss cases.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
