Transcendence Counseling Solutions in Newark, NJ is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time role. The LPC will manage caseloads, conduct intake assessments, deliver individual therapy, and collaborate with healthcare providers to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling required.
• Active LPC credential required.
• At least 1 year of post-graduate outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and build rapport with clients to promote therapeutic outcomes.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to assess progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments covering psychosocial history and goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly.
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
