Adaptable Human Solutions Clinic is seeking a licensed Clinical Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. The position focuses on delivering mental health services to a diverse patient population, coordinating care, and supporting families and teams.

The ideal candidate holds an LPC in New Jersey, with at least two years of clinical experience and strong ethics, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• Minimum two years of clinical counseling experience.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate communication among supervisors, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain an organized schedule for appointments and observations.
• Coordinate in-home visits and chart reviews for care analysis.
• Ensure implementation of treatment plans and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes.
• Provide follow-up care through interviews and home visits.
• Liaise between clinic and the wider mental health community.
