Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing positive and professional relationships to facilitate effective therapy.
• Conduct regular progress assessments with clients, reviewing treatment goals, session frequency, and discharge planning as needed.
• Develop and design individualized person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and intake assessments.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to provide ongoing support and treatment.
• Provide mentorship and clinical supervision for less experienced staff as needed, contributing to the professional development of your colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Continuously seek growth opportunities by adopting a growth mindset and actively participating in supervision sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Life Solutions Clinic, you will work with a diverse client base including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the documentation of client progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
