Job summary

Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our Triage Team from a remote location. The role centers on managing incoming calls and emails to de-escalate issues and coordinate care for long-term care patients.

You will support nurses, physicians, and caregivers while ensuring accurate medication records and timely insurance processing. Texas license and LTC experience preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Positive personality with ability to build rapport over phone/email.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails.
• De-escalate and troubleshoot issues for customers.
• Update consumer profiles and medication administration records.
