Job summary

Pumpkin is seeking a Licensed Customer Care Agent to join our remote team in the United States. You will research and respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries across phone, email, text, chat, and social media, while processing enrollments and claims.

You’ll contribute to an exceptional customer experience and support fulfillment tasks. The role offers a 12:00-8:30pm EST shift, with comprehensive benefits including health, parental leave, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service with high customer interface
Experience with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)
Administrative and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Great attention to detail with every task
Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer care across multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat, social)
Process new customer enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks
Research and respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries
Educate customers on full product offerings and upsell coverage
Use ticketing and back-office software to manage tasks and track performance
Data entry for above tasks
Other duties as assigned
